I wish I had had come to BBMD before I started HRT at “another” place that used injections weekly. The pellet platform works best for me and doesn’t require weekly visits and multiple injection sites which add infection risk and pain. The staff here make it a point to treat me with the utmost respect and privacy – and remember my name and history making me feel like one of the family instead of just another client. I just started the hormone terapy. The ladies at the clinic are soooooo nice they explain everything and awnser all of my questions. They hold my hand along the whole process I love it. I’m terrified of needles, and I don’t even feel the needle for the b shot:). I give 20 stars to them . It feels like home .
